The RU Express ID card is the official identification card for Radford University. It is used for access to meal plans, to make purchases from vending and snack machines, for access to laundry facilities, as payment for printing in computer labs and also serves as a building key for all residence halls and several academic areas. Resident students and University Apartment Residents (paying rent to Radford University) will be able to change their meal plan preference online starting July 24, 2018. To get to the link, follow these steps: Login to MyRU Portal, choose, Finances Icon and the "Meal Plan Change" link will be under the RU Express box.
Off campus (commuter students) meal plans go on sale online or in the office July 24, 2018. Students who need to utilize financial aid to pay some or all of their meal plan must submit an Off-Campus Meal Plan application [PDF] and choose "Apply Financial Aid" as the payment type. These forms may be scanned and emailed to email@example.com, faxed to 540-831-6363 or mailed to the RU Express Office, Box 6992, Radford, VA 24142.
Students enrolled in the Quik Pay payment plan (through the Bursar's Office) should complete the Off-Campus Meal Plan application and send the form to the Bursar's Office, Box 6922, Radford, VA 24142.
