Fall 2021 Room and Board Charges/Room Assignment Information
Room and Board Charges:
Assessment of room charges has begun. Housing charges placed on your account are an estimate and could change depending upon your final room assignment. As you can see below the price range difference from a traditional double to a phase II double is $409, and a price range difference between a double room and single room can be as much as $1641. It is important that you check your billing account after you receive your room assignment so that you know how much your bill has changed. Room assignments will be sent out by July 31, 2021. The estimate charges are designed to allow you to plan and anticipate what your final charges will be so that you can meet the fall billing deadline of August 11, 2021.

Traditional room – double is $2505.50, Traditional room – single is $3657.50
Standard Phase I – double is $2830.00, Standard Phase I – single is $4025
Standard Phase II - double is $2914.50, Standard Phase II – single is $4146.50

Housing Assignment Notifications:
Room assignments, including roommate information and instructions for scheduling a move in appointment will be emailed to the student's radford.edu email account on or before July 30. If you do not receive the email, please verify you have signed the Residential Student Agreement for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Assignment notifications for late applications (agreement signed after July 15) will be sent on an ongoing basis as assignments are processed.Fall 2021 Room and Board Rates

Our residential community consists of 15 residence halls and additional apartment spaces for upper-class students. Our residence halls range in size from 120 to nearly 900 students. Many of our residence halls have been renovated and every room has utilities, cable and internet included and laundry facilities are conveniently located in each hall.
