Events, Performances and Exhibitions!

Each semester, the College of Visual and Performing Arts offers dozens of events, large and small. Everything listed here is open to the public and most are free admission. To stay on top of everything, you can get our newsletter or follow us on Facebook or Instagram. In the meantime, here's what's coming up in the near future . . . we'd love to see you there.

The Radford University Commercial Music Ensemble Presents 1985: A Rock and Roll Time Machine Immersion. Join us March 20 & 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Artis Center for a step back in time as we transform the Black Box Theatre into an '80s style club complete with live music, dance floor and even a mock-tail bar. Admission is free and 80s costumes are encouraged. Big hair, spandex, Members Only jackets . . . it's all tubular.

Professor Matthew Cataldi performing on piano in the Artis Center Performance Hub
Professor Matthew Cataldi will perform twice this month. He will do a short program of selections for Midday Music from 12:15 - 12:30 in the Artis Center on March 11 and a full program the same evening in the Davis Performance Hall in the Covington Center at 7:30 p.m. Both are feature selections composed by Chopin and Liszt under the title of "Myths and Moonlight." Admission is free.
