Department of Labor Resources
- Veterans' Employment and Training Service: VETS is committed to helping America's Veterans by preparing them for civilian careers, providing employment resources, and protecting their employment rights.
- VETS - The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) prohibits employers from discriminating against any Veteran or service member because of their military obligation. This law requires that employers provide reemployment rights after a period of active duty or training. The USERRA's website provides assistance to those that may be experiencing issues as it relates to their military service with their civilian employment.
