Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon Immersive Performance

On March 30 and 31, 2023, Radford University's College of Visual and Performing Arts packed Davis Performance Hall in the Covington Center for a truly immersive event--a live production of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon album. In the atrium, art, video, ceramics and 70s costumes met the audience as they waited. Glow jewelry was passed around and the audience was entertained with trivia before the show. When it began, people found themselves embedded in a vibrant rock show complete with lights, video, dancers and many surprises.

And the music  . . . a powerful core rock band, three singers, a full chorus, original sound design by Professor David Rivers, and special appearances by faculty members, Director of Piano Studies, Dr. Matt Cataldi and Voice and Opera professor, Denise Bernardini.
