History paper prize winner


The History Department recognizes the best paper produced by an undergraduate history major during an academic year. The winning papers demonstrate excellence in research and writing--in other words, the best in undergraduate scholarship.

For the 2016-2017 academic year, the History Department awarded the Distiguished Essay Award to Kaleb Cahoon for his work on "The Persecution of Homosexuals in Nazi Germany." Kaleb produced this study under the supervision of Dr. Mike Montgomery.
