We are committed to ensuring you get your web, social media, content management system (CMS), and other digital needs or questions answered. As such, we have hired a web content editor and producer, Stephanie Rudeen.
We wanted to provide an update about the content management system (CMS) workflow process for activating homepages. The workflow has been built and tested and will be put into effect Monday, Oct. 12, 2015.
As a reminder, Radford University has been working with vendors on a redesign of the university's website, set to roll out in a few weeks.
We have planned a soft launch for September 14-25, with the new site currently scheduled to go live Monday, September 28.

Radford University has acquired a powerful new tool to make its social media presence more effective and to make monitoring and posting to social media more efficient.
In support of Radford University’s new brand platform, the university’s website will be undergoing a complete redesign. When completed this fall, Radford University will have a full responsive website that reflects the university’s new branding and will include improved functionality and navigation. The website will also migrate to the latest version of the content management system – Adobe Experience Manager 6.
Radford University’s virtual tour received accolades this month from the Higher Education Marketing Report (HEMR). The tour, which was a collaboration between Web Strategy and Interactive Media and Undergraduate Admissions, earned a Bronze Medal in the “Admissions Website” category of the HEMR’s annual Education Digital Marketing Awards.
Working closely with IT Infrastructure, Web Services and University Relations, Web Strategy and Interactive Media has implemented a Digital Asset Manager (DAM) to make it easy for the campus community to search for images based on keywords.
