Experience Finland!

Study abroad in Finland from May 16 through June 20 in the summer of 2013!   You can earn 3 to 6 credit hours in the program, during which you will live in Finland and study about international criminal justice and the Finnish Police.  The program will include lectures at the University of Eastern Finland; visits to the National Police College of Finland, a district court, the Jyvaskyla Police Department, and museums in Helsinki; excursions to St. Petersburg, Russia and Stockholm, Sweden; and the midnight sun film festival in Lapland.

Previous Criminal Justice Study Abroad Trips

In the summer of 2009, the Criminal Justice Department sponsored a study abroad program in England.

In the summer of 2005, the Criminal Justice Department sponsored a study abroad trip to New Zealand.  The trip occurred from May 12 through June 16 and students earned 3-6 credit hours.

In the summer of 2004, the Criminal Justice Department sponsored a study abroad trip to London, England. Students also spent a few days in Paris.
