If you need help updating web content or making other changes to a webpage, work with the content editor for your website to make the change. If you require further assistance, please submit a ticket via the IT OneStop system.
For all other requests—from an RU Announce email to an RU Connected story, press release or brochure design—the Office of Marketing and Communication uses a project request and management tool called Lytho.
After you submit your request via Lytho, we follow a multi-step process to fulfill the request.
Please note that there is no longer a Rush Request option in Lytho. We require campus partners to submit all Lytho requests at least three weeks in advance of the deadline when you need the request to be completed.
