Emma is Radford University's official email marketing platform. Available by permission from Marketing and Communication (Marcom), Emma allows colleges, divisions, and administrative offices and their leaders to send branded newsletters, announcements and targeted communications to students, faculty, staff and external audiences.
Emma ensures that university broadcast emails and enewsletters are professionally designed, consistently branded and targeted to reach the right audiences — whether you're communicating with your own college's students and employees or collaborating with Marcom for a broader campus-wide message.
At Radford University, Emma is used to help colleges, divisions and major administrative offices create, manage and measure the effectiveness of formal communications for their respective audiences. It is designed primarily for leaders to communicate broadly with their constituents, not as a tool for individual users to use on a regular basis to meet their own purposes.
