Dr. Arthur completed her bachelor’s degree at Cornell University, MSW at Syracuse University and her doctoral degree at the University of Virginia. She has been working in the social work field for over 25 years with particular interest in school social work and adolescent well-being and self-efficacy. In her spare time, she loves to run and bike throughout Virginia.
