Come join the band!

Ensemble performances are the heart of the music department and we welcome musicians from across the university and the region to participate.

In many cases, no audition is required to join our groups and instruments may be provided if necessary.

All student musicians are welcome to participate in these performing ensembles without audition.

Campus and Community Band (Spring semester only) - Shelley Axelson , conductor

Chamber String Ensemble – Vladimir Kromin, conductor

Chorale and Community Choir – Ryan Rogers, conductor

Drumline (Athletic Event Support) – Will Newton, director

Pep Band (Athletic Event Support) – TBA , director

Pipe and Drum Band (University Event Support) – Geoff Pollick, director

University Community Symphony (Strings require no audition) – R. Wayne Gallops, conductor

All student musicians (majors, minors, non-majors) are encouraged to audition to gain participation in these performing ensembles:
