Addresses a wide range of strategic and legal considerations that are crucial for managing human capital for Human Resource professionals as well as anyone acting in a leadership role. Topics will include selection, assessments, performance appraisals, training, and compensation. This course includes a combination of experiential learning exercises and exams.

Detailed Description of Conduct of Course
This course will cover evidence-based recommendations for the practical application of human resource (HR) strategies. Special focus is paid to the need for all leaders to be comfortable with HR functions. Students will engage in group discussions, case studies, and exams.
