The Radford University Libraries' e-textbook collection is the result of a collaboration
between the University bookstore, the Virtual Library of Virginia (VIVA), and the
University Libraries. These titles are requested by university faculty during the
semester through the bookstore.
For textbooks faculty have not adopted but are considering using in the future, faculty
may request books be searched to see if they are available as e-textbooks available
to libraries using this form. The e-textbooks are available the following semester. As a result, their use saves
Radford students money by eliminating or lessening the need to purchase physical textbooks.
All titles in this collection are permanent - they won't disappear like some ebooks
do - and offer unlimited access.
