The Fulbright U.S. Student Program funds American citizens to conduct research or teach English abroad in 140 participating countries after graduation.
The Fulbright UK Summer Institutes are three- to four-week programs for undergraduate students. Participants can explore the culture, heritage, and history of the UK while experiencing higher education at a UK university.
The Goldwater Scholarship has a longstanding commitment to identifying, encouraging, and financially supporting undergraduates preparing for research careers in the natural sciences, engineering, and mathematics.
The Truman Foundation recognizes and rewards aspiring leaders who are committed to careers in government or public service.
Public service careers include any role dedicated to serving a community, government agency, or nonprofit organization with the primary goal of the common good. Examples include police and correctional officers; emergency management specialists; public school teachers, school counselors, and school administrators; public librarians; social workers and substance abuse counselors; public health nurses and community health workers; environmental health inspectors; city managers; urban and regional planners; and policy, fiscal, and budget analysts.
