Radford University invites applications for a 9 month Tenure Track Position assistant/associate position in the School of Nursing at Radford University Carilion Campus. The School of Nursing is a unit in the Waldron College of Health and Human Services which provides opportunities for collaborative practice and scholarship with a variety of disciplines in the health and human service professions.  Responsibilities include teaching in the classroom, clinical teaching, scholarship, and service with expectations of recent clinical practice. Required qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing, a Doctorate in Nursing, PhD or an EdD preferred, with FNP or Pediatric NP national certification. Unencumbered Virginia licensure eligibility is also required. Preference will be given to applicants with the education, experience, certification, prior teaching experience, and a desire to teach in the undergraduate and graduate programs in the areas of family nurse practitioner, adult health or pediatric nursing.
