NSSLHA Elections
NSSLHA will hold elections for 2020-2021 officers at the end of August!
Josh Tuggle was elected president last semester! The roles of Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Fundraising Coordinator are available.
Officers are required to attend a weekly executive meeting, and be available by email. Below are some of their duties, but they must be willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary.
Vice President
This position is created to help the president with designated tasks. The VP and President work together with events. Any of the presidential tasks may be delegated to the VP if necessary.
- Committe Leader Manager-Will manage the committee leaders and their events
- Social Media Head- Will post on Facebook about upcoming events and post pictures from events
- NSSLHA Official Photographer VP- Will either take pictures or delegate someone to take pictures at every event
Secretary
- Take attendance at each event
- Keep track of NSSLHA member points
- Send monthly point updates to every member
- Take minutes at both executive meetings and whole body meetings
Treasurer
- Create a form for monetary applications
- Approve and reimburse monetary applications
- Make deposits
- Keep track of expenses, and update officers at the end of each month
- Collect money for NSSLHA dues
- Collect money for NSSLHA sales (includes T-shirts and more)
- Collect money for NSSLHA cords
Fundraising Coordinator
- Leader for fundraising efforts
