The mission of the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders is to develop professionals who are ethical, knowledgeable, skillful and capable of working independently and in collaboration with clients, families and other professionals. Faculty Scholarship Activity

All of the faculty maintain active clinical research programs. Faculty use grant funding to support their scholarly interests, publish and present their research at local, state, regional and national conferences. Much of their research includes graduate and undergraduate students with an interest in learning more about research in speech-language pathology and audiology.
