Scholarships
Each year, up to $50,000 in scholarships is awarded to art students through foundation funds at the department and college levels. Based on academic excellence and/or financial need, art students may also be eligible for institutional scholarships at the university level.
New students and transfer students are also eligible for institutional scholarships particularly the Highlander Distinction Program. It is advised that they contact the department chair to discuss scholarships and may be asked to submit a portfolio for consideration.
Students may also receive financial support through work opportunities on campus. Those with financial need may apply for work study positions. Any and all students, regardless of financial need, may apply for hourly wage positions. Students can find and apply for positions on campus through Handshake.
