- Thursday, Sept. 8 at 4 p.m. – J.P. Boneyard discusses the National Poster Retrospecticus 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 8 from 5-9 p.m. – Opening reception
- Friday, Oct. 7 – Closing reception from 5-10 p.m.
This internationally traveling poster show features more than 400 hand-printed posters made by more than 125 of the most prominent poster designers in the USA.

This exhibition showcases recent art by faculty in the Art Department. Artists featured include Richard Bay, Drew Dodson, Feng, John O’Connor, Alison Pack, Eloise Philpot, Andrew Ross, Halide Salam, Ken Smith, and Brent Webb. Mediums include photography, metals, ceramics, painting in various media, and more.

This Radford University exhibit is an annual student competition with numerous awards, including Best in Show in the undergraduate and graduate divisions. The Juried Student Show is open to all Radford University students regardless of major. Robert Miller from Miller Off Main Galleries in Blacksburg is this year's juror.

Cheryl Agulnick Hochberg: Elusive Desires
March 23 – May 3
Reception on Monday, April 3 from 5-7 p.m. with a performance at 6 p.m.
Widely exhibited artist Cheryl Agulnick Hochberg is chair and professor of art at Kutztown University. She has exhibited widely throughout the U.S. Her work ranges from naturalism to fantasy, and from 3D installations to paintings. Her most recent work features animal imagery presented in a unique and often fantastical manner.

This is an annual gathering to celebrate the Radford University College of Visual and Performing Arts graphic design program. It features juried work by all levels of students. Hosted by AIGA Radford.

The African Bridge: Exploring the Arts of Africa and the Diaspora
April 18 – 27
Students in the Art of the African Diaspora class study both African art and the art of African artists living in international communities outside of Africa. This exhibition features reproductions of African and diasporan artworks along with original work made by students in the class showing the influence of diasporan art.

Adolf Dehn: Nocturnal Travels
Works from the Permanent Collection
May 23 – July 21
Originally from Minnesota, Dehn spent much of his life traveling. His art works consist of drawings, watercolors and lithographs of people and places he visited while traveling. This show emphasizes his lithography. The Art Museum’s collection of works by Dehn was the gift of his wife, at the suggestion of Dorothy Gillespie.

Radford City Fine Arts Show
A juried exhibition of recent works by Southwest Virginia artists

A juried exhibition that showcases the best art in Southwest Virginia, sponsored by Radford University and the City of Radford. The juror for this year’s exhibition is Sue Steele Thomas, professor of art at Virginia Western Community College.
