Product Marketing Manager for Rackspace Email and Cloud Apps Portfolio

Overview and responsibilities
The Cloud Office division of Rackspace is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help deliver our Email and Cloud Apps message to the world!

As the Email Portfolio Product Marketing Manager, you’ll bring your experience, creativity, marketing and analytical skills to create a market-driven GTM strategy  to include messaging, positioning, persona development, buyer’s journey and content creation.  

You will work closely with key stakeholders, product leaders and technical SMEs to drive thought leadership through various avenues such as blogs, webinars and speaking engagements at trade shows. You will work closely within a cross-functional marketing team to inform and provide guidance for acquisition, customer growth and channel marketing programs.

You'll need the drive and ability to operate as a matrix marketing manager by coordinating and influencing resources across the company.

This is be an environment of rapid change; you'll fit in well if you're comfortable with that pace and operating with autonomy.

We want you involved throughout the entire lifecycle working closely with product teams from initiation to delivery to eventual product retirement.

You'll be tasked with identifying areas of differentiation and articulating the unique selling proposition to the market while evangelizing and training internal constituents.

Qualifications: Experience and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team:
Strategic product marketing and planning at high-tech companies to include bringing products to market on a global scale.

Website knowledge, digital marketing and social marketing experience.

Experience in the SaaS or Cloud app arena. Email, Collaboration and/or Productivity apps a huge plus.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or marketing. MBA a plus.

Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a product marketing, planning or related role.
