2016 Radford Advising Conference

Faculty and staff were invited to the Inaugural Radford Advising Conference held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 in the lower level of Heth Hall, hosted by the professional academic advisors and sponsored by the Office of the Provost. The keynote speaker was Dr. Charles Nutt, Executive Director of the National Academic Advising Association.

This conference was created to celebrate student success champions; provide professional development opportunities that are responsive to the needs of our advisors, faculty and student support professionals. With development workshops, technology seminars and insightful looks at Radford’s own advising climate, the conference objective was to prepare attendees to further support student success.
