Confirm Your Enrollment

Confirm your enrollment by paying a $100 enrollment deposit in OneCampus. We've put together step by step instructions for your reference. 

Incoming Spring students must confirm their enrollment by December 15.

Important note: you will need to activate your account and enroll in DUO prior to accessing OneCampus.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you may request a deposit waiver. Please email Anthony Graham, Director of Admissions, at to see if you qualify based on information on your FAFSA. 

After confirming your enrollment, use the checklist in your Highlander Portal to keep track of materials needed for your enrollment and don't hesitate to reach out directly to your admissions counselor. with any questions!

Applying for Financial Aid

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, is how we determine need-based financial assistance. 

Complete your FAFSA at and list Radford University using code 003732.

Once your FAFSA has been reviewed, you can view your financial aid package in OneCampus (check out instructions here). Your package will detail any grants, loans and work study awards based on information submitted on the FAFSA.



1. Complete Your Housing Application

Submit your housing application in OneCampus (view full instructions here). Please note that a $100 deposit is required for the housing application.

Incoming freshmen on main campus are required to live on-campus unless approved for exemption. Transfer students and RUC students are not required to live on campus but may apply for on-campus housing.

2. Register for Quest

Register for Quest orientation in your Highlander Portal enrollment checklist.

Spring 2024 Quest will be held virtually for both main campus (Jan 8) and Radford Universaity Carilion (Jan 9).

3. Submit Your Final Transcript

Confirm that Radford University will receive an official copy of your final high school transcripts (freshmen) and/or college transcript (transfer students). Once reviewed, you can view your transfer credit in OneCampus (check out step-by-step instructions).

4. Prepare for Quest

Prior to Quest, complete the following in your Highlander Portal

 *After your survey, set up an appointment with your advisor.

5. Submit Your Health Record Form

Complete your Health Record Form then submit it through our online systemMedicat (review full instructions and additional immunization information).

6. Make Plans for Tuition Payment

Make plans to pay your tuition and fees in OneCampus (learn more about payment deadlines here, how to set up an authorized payer here, and payment plans here).
