The university maintains a contract with Enterprise for employees taking long distance trips. Facilities Management serves as a destination for Enterprise rental pickup.

Contact the Radford Enterprise location (540-731-3028) should you encounter any problems with the new online system.**
The old
Enterprise Reservation Form is still available as a resource and may be used if you experience problems with the new online system.
Enterprise utilizes the gas pumps at Facilities Management to refuel and a Banner organization number is necessary to appropriately charge back these costs to RU departments. The banner organization, along with the PR number, are required fields when using the online reservation system.
Please adhere to the following rules when renting vehicles from Enterprise:
| › Specify the start date/time of the trip in the online system to ensure that Enterprise does not begin charging on the date of the delivery. For example, a trip beginning on a Sunday would require the vehicle to be delivered to Facilities Management on Friday, but charges should not begin until Sunday. Correctly inputting this in the system will help prevent overcharges. If the rental vehicle is required prior to Enterprise’s business hours or on Sunday, please contact the rental office (Radford location phone # 540-731-3028). |
| › Always pick up Enterprise Vehicles at Facilities Management. |
| › Return vehicles to Facilities Management on the day that the trip ends. Do not wait until the next morning or your department may be charged for additional hours. |
| › Make sure to place keys in the Facilities Management drop box upon return. Failure to return the keys to the drop box upon return can result in your department being charged for additional hours or days. |
| › Each driver is encouraged to maintain records of the trip start date/time and return date/time, perhaps on the customer copy of the Enterprise contract, to assist in clearing up any billing discrepancies that may occur. The online system will helpful in the respect by offering information on invoicing and by generating email confirmations. |
| › Make reservations at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that Enterprise can supply the correct class of vehicle. |
