International Student Scholarships

Undergraduate Freshmen Scholarships

All international undergraduate freshmen (first-year) students are automatically considered for a merit-based scholarship based on the academic record provided with the application for admission. Amounts range between USD $6,000 and $10,000.

No additional scholarship application is necessary for consideration.
 

Transfer Scholarships

All international undergraduate transfer students that have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and earned a minimum of 30 credit hours at their previous academic institution will automatically be considered for a merit-based scholarship based on the academic record provided with the application for admission. Amounts range between USD $1,000 to $2,000.

No additional scholarship application is necessary for consideration.

Radford University Foundation Scholarships

Radford University will offer approximately $2 million in Foundation Scholarships to over 700 students thanks to Radford University’s many generous donors and foundations.

Please note that Foundation Scholarship applications open on November 2nd and closes on February 5 of the following year. (For example, for the 2021 - 2022 academic year, the Foundation Scholarship application opens on November 2nd, 2020 and closes on February 5, 2021).

  • International Peace Scholarship (IPS) - The International Peace Scholarship Fund, established in 1949, is a program which provides scholarships for selected women from other countries for graduate study in the United States or Canada. Members of P.E.O. believe that education is fundamental to world peace and understanding.
  • Andrea Scott International Graduate Scholarship - This award is given in honor of the late Andrea Scott, a dedicated international education colleague, and Senior Product Champion at IELTS USA.
