Economic Development

We set aggressive targets to grow nontraditional enrollment and revenue through competency-based and continuing education programs, tracking enrollment, completion rates, new partnerships, program launches and a grant pipeline. Results show strong traction in new offerings and awards, but revenue and pipeline growth fell short of ambitious goals.

To become a stronger conduit for regional economic development, we built and approved a business model for The HUB, expanded CoWorks and certification services, and secured more than $5 million in new awards while growing paid internship pathways and refining work-based learning metrics.
