Fitness and Wellness

The Highlander Harm Reduction program is an initiative dedicated to promoting safety, health, and well-being on campus through practical, judgment-free support.
This service makes it easier for Radford students to access sexual health supplies, StopTopps (drink spiking prevention lids), and fentanyl testing strips by removing cost and privacy barriers while also sharing information about services to support students’ physical health and well-being.
All items are available through our anonymous delivery service, ensuring privacy and accessibility for every student.
Highlander Harm Reduction is here to help—discreetly and respectfully. Because taking care of yourself should never come with stigma.

Being physically active can help you manage stress, sleep better, learn more, and help combat anxiety, depression, and sickness. We want to help you find out what you enjoy doing to stay active!
