The Research Integrity and Compliance Office (RICO) supports Radford University’s commitment to excellence in research by helping faculty, staff, and students navigate ethical and regulatory requirements with confidence. RICO provides oversight and support for the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), Export Control, and Research Integrity programs, while promoting compliance, integrity, and responsible research practices across the university. Our goal is to help researchers navigate requirements with confidence so they can focus on achieving their research goals.
