ESL 202 - Writing and Grammar II

Instructional Method: Lecture
Prerequisites: ESL 102 or placement exam.
Corequisites: ESL 201, ESL 203, and ESL 204.
Students will continue to build writing and grammar skills which are required for
academic success. They will study and practice grammatical structures and writing
techniques and apply grammar to writing through structured tasks using grammatical
structures with increasing confidence and accuracy in written texts.
Note(s): This class is part of the new Intensive English Program (IEP). The IEP is for students
who do not meet the required English Proficiency during the admission process, or
those wishing to learn English without intending to pursue a degree at Radford University.
