Jo Ann Bingham Clinical Simulation Center receives INACSL reendorsement

The Jo Ann Bingham Clinical Simulation Center at Radford University has received reendorsement from the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL), a distinction currently held by fewer than 100 institutions worldwide.
The INACSL endorsement program recognizes healthcare simulation programs that demonstrate excellence in applying the Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice (HSSOBP), including professional integrity, prebriefing, facilitation and debriefing.
This achievement reflects the center's ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based healthcare simulation experiences that support learner success and patient safety.
Christina Keller, executive director of the clinical simulation center, attended the 2026 INACSL Conference to accept the endorsement plaque. The center is honored to be recognized among this elite group of simulation programs and remains committed to advancing excellence in healthcare simulation through adherence to international standards and best practices.
Sponsored Programs offers access to funding database
The Office of Sponsored Programs and Grants Management provides grant-writing faculty with free, unlimited access to our funding database, powered by Candid.

Candid search marketing materials include how-to guides on searching for prospects, evaluating a grant-maker's fit and building connections with funders, among other topics.
Radford expands research access through consortium
Radford University is a member of the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR), with broad access to raw data on individuals and organizations across a wide range of topics, representing current and historical research in the social and behavioral sciences. Data are primarily quantitative (numeric), although mixed-method and qualitative work is becoming more common.
From off-campus, authenticate through the Libraries A-Z Databases to get full access. Contact Alyssa Archer of University Libraries for tips on searching ICPSR; reach out to Merrie Winfrey of the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning for information on using ICPSR data and resources in teaching.
