"I graduated from RU Army ROTC in May of 2022 and attended Field Artillery BOLC that following June. I served as Airborne Artillery Platoon Leader and as a Company Fire Support Officer in the 82nd ABN DIV. I attended Special Forces Assessment and Selection for ARSOF Psychological Operations and was selected.
The Instructors I had at Radford University Army ROTC shaped me as Soldier, Paratrooper, and Leader. Without their guidance and support as a Cadet, I would not be where I am at today. The program at Radford University pushed me to pursue paths in the Army I do not think I would have at any other program."

"I branched Military Intelligence branch detailed Infantry.
I graduated IBOLC and immediately went to Airborne and Ranger school. I was stationed at Fort Bragg in 3BCT, 82nd Airborne.
I think back on my time in ROTC quite often and how it impacted my life and set me on the path I am on today. The instructors I had played a huge role in my leadership development and shaped me into the leader I am today. I am very grateful for the time I spent in the program and the product it produced."

"I graduated Radford University in the Spring of 2023 and attended Infantry Basic Officer Leadership Course shortly after.
Army ROTC played a pivotal role in shaping my career as an officer by developing and strengthening my leadership abilities, confidence, and commitment to service. The program taught me how to lead with purpose, make sound decisions under stress, and build cohesive teams--skills that continue to define my effectiveness as an officer and leader. Through rigorous training and mentorship, I learned to lead with integrity, adapt under pressure, and place the mission and my Soldiers above myself."

"My experience at Radford University Army ROTC was overwhelmingly positive. They gave me the tools to be successful as an active-duty Army Officer. They taught me the skills needed to lead troops in an austere environment straight out of school.
Since graduating I've had some great experiences, and challenges. I participated in a training exercise in Australia, and took part in a humanitarian mission to Gaza."
