Online Registration Information for Invited Students

We use SchoolDoc.com, an online record system, for the registration of all students of the Governor's School (Visual and Performing Arts and Humanities and Medicine and Health Sciences.) The SchoolDoc online platform consolidates registration, waivers, allergies, medications, health and other personal information in a secure, centralized location. It is also a portal for parents to pay activity fees.

You must complete all forms in the student health profile. There is an option to upload a scanned copy of your insurance card and the student’s driver’s license. Some waiver forms require a witness signature from an adult 21 years or older.

Required Forms Checklist for All Governor's School Students

The forms listed below, located on SchoolDoc.com, are required by all students (Visual and Performing Arts and Humanities and Medicine and Health Sciences.) Room assignments will not be made until all the required paperwork has been completed. The major ones are:

Activity Fee

All Governor’s School attendees (Visual and Performing Arts and Humanities and Medicine and Health Sciences) will be assessed a $300 fee to cover their non-academic outings, enrichment activities, field trips, and other programs. The fee is payable by credit/debit card through SchoolDoc.com during the registration period. Waivers are offered in cases of proven financial hardship and the application for the waiver is available through SchoolDoc.com. Parents of admitted students who do not complete the financial hardship waiver or who did not provide the relevant documentary proof of need or hardship will be billed the activity fee ($300). Parents who did not complete the waiver forms will be billed the full activity fee.
