My research interests lie in the challenges facing how employees can recover from
the demands and stresses of the workday. I approach this issue from different angles,
often focusing on rumination, telework, family, and their relationships with their
pets. My methodological focus is on daily trends, entailing advanced multilevel statistical
techniques to analyze this complex data.
