Dr. Kristen Jaramillo (she/her) received her B.A. in Psychology from the University
of Alabama, her M.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from the University of Houston. She also holds a certificate in Women's
and Gender Studies from Texas A&M University.
Dr. Jaramillo’s research interests primarily center diversity, equity, and inclusion,
and discrimination experiences in the workplace. Particularly, she is interested in
examining the workplace experiences of stigmatized employees and contextualizing these
experiences within existing social structures.
