  • The school hosted “The Business of Sports” on Oct. 23, a forum at which guest speakers talked about careers in athletics and the changing landscape of the industry. Students also had opportunities to gain professional advice, and the college welcomed men’s basketball coach Zach Chu.

  • “The feedback from the students and the firms showed it was another successful event,” said Associate Professor of Accounting Mike Chatham of the most recent Firm Night, which in early September hosted more than 90 students and 30 visiting companies.

  • More than 200 students attended the event, held Sept. 11 by the Davis College of Business and Economics. The Biz Expo gave students a practical overview of the college’s many majors and disciplines, but it did so with fun, games and a truckload of free ice cream.

AACSB Accreditation

The graduate and undergraduate programs in business administration offered by the Davis College of Business and Economics at Radford University are accredited by the AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The Davis College has been accredited by AACSB since 1992 and received extension of its accreditation in 2023. The AACSB International is recognized by the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation and by the Office of Postsecondary Accreditation, U.S. Department of Education, as the sole accrediting agency for bachelor and master's degree programs in business administration and accounting.
