Disability Accommodations

Family members and guests with disabilities are welcomed to campus for Commencement. There will be limited accessible seating for individuals with disabilities. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. We request the persons needing accessible seating limit their seating needs to themselves plus one guest to sit with them.

If American Sign Language interpreting services are needed, please contact the Center for Accessibility Services at Radford University by December 6, 2019 at cas@radford.edu, or call 540-831-6350 or 540-922-1176 VP for ASL users.

Parking and Transportation

Regular routes for the Radford Transit will not be operating on Dec. 14. However, in order to accommodate commencement attendees, two shuttles will continuously run from Lots CC, Z, E and U (all across the bridge toward the Dedmon Center) to Lot A (Preston Hall) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Handicapped parking will be in Lot A. An additional third shuttle will be making the regular stops around campus.

On Friday, Dec. 13 the Radford Transit will use Route 15.
