And, yes, we know that this is WAY more than a week - we're just really excited to help every Radford student connect and find their community.  Plan to attend the weeks' events and get to know Radford University and your fellow Highlanders!

8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Feel Good Fridays: Self Care Awareness  Location: Center for Diversity and Inclusion (Heth 157)

The first Friday of every month, the CDI will partner with Student Recreation and Wellness to teach/learn about restorative self care practices to start the month. There will be restorative events located in multiple locations, however, we will get started in the Center for Diversity and Inclusion at 8:00 AM for a light breakfast and check in. These events include, but are not limited to, yoga, hiking, meditation, organization/planning.
