Baseball

Radford Club Baseball is a club sport offered through the department of Student Recreation and Wellness through Student Activities at Radford University.

Basketball, Men's

Men's Basketball Club at Radford University is a competitive club team that practice weekly and travels to different schools to participate in tournaments.

The Women's Club Basketball team is a competitive organization that participates in tournaments at various universities. We pride ourselves on dedication, hard work, and service to the community.

Billiards

We are here to educate Radford University students and others around the area about billiards and give skills needed to play. .

Bowling

We are a club sport who is open to anyone no matter their skill level. We have a traveling and recreational team. Recreational is open to everyone and traveling requires try outs!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to not only learn self defense, but to better ourselves in every aspect of our lives. Anyone is welcome to come train!

Climbing Club

The Radford Univeristy Climbing Club is a group of people passionate about the sport of rock climbing. Our main goal is to spread awareness and share our passion for climbing both indoors and out.

Esports Club

Field Hockey

This is the official page of the Radford Club Field Hockey team. Open to everyone and anyone who wants to join! Girls and guys can play collegiate club field hockey.

Fishing Club

This organization will be getting a whole new aspect for the 2017-2018 school year. The club will no longer be just for College bass tournament angling but will be geared towards people of all skill levels.

Highlander Cheer Club

We are Radford University's sports club competition cheerleading team. We will be stunting, tumbling, dancing. If you have a love for competitive cheerleading or if you have ever been interested, come on out and join us! We will have tryouts every Fall.

Highlander Club Track

This club will allow students to do track and field and cross country. Cross country will be in the fall semester and track/field will be in the spring; members will have practices and participate in meets.

Highlander HEMA

A club dedicated to the study and practice of Historical European Martial Arts, or HEMA.

Ice Hockey

The Ice Hockey Club at Radford University is a student run organization that competes at the ACHA Division III level. Currently the team is a member of the Blue Ridge Hockey Conference.

Intramural Sports

Radford University’s Department of Student Recreation and Wellness is the home of the Intramural Program. Intramural sports provides fun for all students, as well as a way to encourage teamwork and collaboration amongst students.

Karate Club

We are a club that focuses on physical fitness, martial arts, applicable day-to-day self defense techniques, and more. The Radford Karate Club is a 47-year old institution with a history of promoting martial arts at Radford University.

Lacrosse, Men's

Men's lacrosse competes intercollegiatly as a part of the NCLL as well as participating and serving in community events.

Radford Powerlifting Club

This club will help students get stronger in the main three lifts that powerlifters specialize in, which is squatting, benching and deadlifting. The club will also help prepare students for sanctioned meets or mock meets.

Radford Redcoats

The Radford University Equestrian Team was founded in 1938 and was one of the first teams of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA).

Rugby

Radford Rugby was established in 1988. Since then we have won multiple state titles and two national championships in 2003 and in 2008. This is a club of a band of brothers and you will experience a camaraderie like you have never experienced before.

Soccer, Men's

We are apart of the Sports Club Council for the University, in which we participate in a league and play games to compete for Regional and possibly National Championship. Every now and then we will enter in tournaments, in which we could participate in.

The Radford Women's Club Soccer team is made up of a group of well rounded individuals who strive to succeed in their studies, as well as on the field.

Softball, Women's

We are a competitive fastpitch softball team. Our team is built on hard work, dedication, and great teamwork. We hold fundraisers and do various community service events throughout the year. Each year we compete in the NCSA against other universities.

Swim

Radford Swim Club was established in spring 2010. Radford Swim Club is an official sports club at RU. We consist of about 30 swimmers, men and women. We practice four days a week and compete in 2-4 meets a semester.

Tennis

We all enjoy playing tennis and having fun while doing it!

Volleyball, Men's

We are a club of men within Radford University that will travel and compete against other Universities as a whole. We compete in invitationals and most importantly Conference and League Championships.

Radford's Women's Volleyball Club is a competitive club team. We travel to other D1 (VT, JMU, ASU, VCU, etc.) schools to play their club teams.
