David R. Stuart Jr

David Stuart joined Radford University August 2014 as the Director of the Office of Student Standards and Conduct. David received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Chemistry from Salisbury University (2005) and his Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Rowan University (2007). David has also worked at Alvernia University in Reading, PA where he held the positions of Assistant and Associate Director for Residence Life before becoming the Director of Community Standards.  

Stephanie Hovsepian (she/her)
Associate Director

Stephanie Hovsepian joined Radford University July 2021 as the Associate Director of the Office of Student Standards and Conduct.  Stephanie earned her BA from San Diego State University in Speech Communication and her MS in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University (SU).  Stephanie has experience working in student conduct at SU and Western Illinois University (WIU), housing and residence life at SU, UMass Amherst, San Jose State University, Onondaga Community College, and Virginia Tech, and was the director of the Women's Center at WIU.  She is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and views her work through  a social justice framwork.  She lives in Dublin with her partner Chase and their two dogs, Xander and Giles.
