Players prepping for the RU team pool tournament

Players are polishing their cues for the annual Radford University Team Pool Tournament to be held from March 28 through 30 in the Hurlburt Student Center.

Spectators are welcome to cheer on Radford billiards players as they challenge visiting teams from universities across the country.

"I'm excited for this year's tournament," said Ben Litvak, student activities program coordinator. "More universities, specifically from the east coast, are coming to Radford for the Team Pool Tournament and I’m expecting to see some really talented players."

Participants can play on a team formed of college students, as an individual participant or both throughout the tournament. The tournament will feature several events: a Mosconi Cup Style Team 10-Ball Event, BCA Team 8-Ball Event and ACUI National Men & Women’s 9-Ball Qualifier Event.
