Prior to the 8:30 a.m. start time, there will be an information fair where students can meet representatives from various campus departments.  Students will also receive their proximity (prox) cards upon checking in.  Prox cards will allow you electronic access to RUC campus facilities and you will also be issued identification badges.  Breakfast will be provided, and students may bring guests.  Attire is causal.

Please note that this is the university-wide orientation for all RUC students.  Students may have an additional orientation for their specific academic programs.  Information about program orientations will be communicated directly to students by their academic program or department.
