Congratulations on your admittance to Radford University!  We are thrilled you made the decision to come to Radford.  New Student and Family Programs’ goal is to help students find success while making a smooth transition to our Highlander family.  Through Quest, our new student orientation program, we strive to show our incoming students and our guests the student experience at Radford University.

Registration for Quest 2019 is now open!

24-48 hours after paying your tuition deposit a compass will appear in your MyRU portal.  Just click the compass/orientation icon and you're on your way to registering for Quest!

At Radford University's Quest Student Orientation program, we’ll help you prepare for your college experience. During Quest, you will learn about more our campus, explore your academic program and work with an academic advisor to create your class schedule. Please see our session dates below:

Quest 2-Day (Freshman)

  • June 10-11 (Monday-Tuesday)
  • June 13-14 (Thursday-Friday)
  • June 24-25 (Monday-Tuesday)
  • July 13-14 (Saturday-Sunday)
  • July 16-17 (Tuesday-Wednesday)

Quest 1-Day (Freshman)

  • June 18 (Tuesday)
  • June 27 (Thursday)
  • August 5 (Monday)
  • August 23 (Friday before fall classes begin)

Transfer Quest

  • June 17 (Monday)
  • June 20 (Thursday)
  • July 11 (Thursday)
  • August 5 (Monday)
  • August 22 (Thursday before fall classes begin)
