Brief Bio

My name is Dr. Kevin M. Parcetich Jr. and I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University in 2013. Upon graduation I moved to Roanoke, VA to pursue a career in neurological physical therapy, specifically in the inpatient rehabilitation setting. I became a Board Certified Neurologic Physical Therapy Specialist in 2018 after 5 years of working in acute care, home health, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings. In 2014 I began as an adjunct professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Radford University and in 2018 progressed into my current role as an Assistant Professor. In 2020 I began service roles as the Graduate Program Coordinator, Co-Chair of the Admissions Committee, and Graduate Affairs Council. I truly enjoy being a part of the Admissions Committee and working with prospective students to assist them in realizing their dream to become a physical therapist. Outside of my Assistant Professor duties I enjoy outdoor activities, especially hiking and water sports, cheering for Pittsburgh based sports teams and coaching youth sports.
