April 1, 2022 - Summer financial aid consideration priority deadline – Students who are registered by April 1st for at least 6 hours over all summer terms will be reviewed prior to the summer bill due date
April 8, 2022 - Deadline to provide verification materials for spring 2022 semester
April 15, 2022 - Deadline to complete Direct Loan Entrance Counseling, Master Promissory Notes, and Student Loan Acknowledgements for your federal loans for spring disbursements
April 29, 2022: Priority application deadline to receive Parent PLUS or Graduate PLUS, and Private Education loan certification requests to be reflected as credits for payment due for Maymester, Summer 1, Summer 3. All applications received after this date will be processed, but we cannot guarantee that they will be posted to your account prior to the bill due date
May 4, 2022: Maymester, Summer 1, Summer 3 bill due date
May 16, 2022: Distribute notifications to students who are not eligible to receive financial aid due to not meeting the financial aid satisfactory academic progress standards.
June 1, 2022: Begin sending returning student award letters for eligible students.
June 15, 2022: Begin processing Parent PLUS and Private Education Loan applications for approved borrowers.
July 11, 2022: First round of bills sent for students enrolled for fall 2022 semester.
July 15, 2022: Priority deadline to submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal to be reviewed prior to the fall 2022 bill deadline.
July 22, 2022: Priority deadline for Radford University to receive your 2022-2023 FAFSA to help with fall semester charges.
Spring 2022 HEERF Awards: Radford University awarded the final payment of all HEERF funds in the spring semester. The award strategy is posted to the web - www.radford.edu/heerf3

RUC Campus Financial Aid is open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You must clear the required hospital protocol for entering the facility in order to visit the RUC Financial Aid Office.
