Test Support Analyst

JPI has an opening for a Test Support Analyst to conduct system testing for a major Department of Homeland Security IT system. 


  • Develop test plans for new system enhancements 
  • Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions 
  • Maintain automated and manual test scripts using Agile tools 
  • Execute manual tests and automated test scripts and develop test reports 
  • Develop test data 
  • Evening and weekend support will be required. Approximately two days per month for 3 hours to perform testing during non-business hours


  • Experience developing technical documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test results 
  • Experience working with MS SharePoint, and JIRA or other Agile application 
  • Project management experience preferred 
  • Proven ability to work with remote teams 
  • Ability to lead discussion with Government and contractor management to present test results 
  • 3+ years' experience in IT systems testing 
  • 1+ years' experience working with Agile development methodologies 
  • BS in information technology or equivalent technical background
