Seven students awarded summer research fellowships
Seven biology majors were awarded Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships in the amount of $2500. The funding agency is the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (OURS) at RU.
The award-winning students are Emily Cutshall (mentored by Georgia Hammond), Emily Guise (mentored by Sara O'Brien), Katharyn Self (mentored by Sara O'Brien), April Tingle (mentored by Justin Anderson), Caitlin Linville and Mandeep Kaur (mentored by Jason Davis), and Matti Hamed (mentored by Matt Close).
