Mr. Kell's Homepage

I am a broadly trained biologist with interests in natural history and organismal biology.  I have taught many courses at Radford since 1992, including Botany, Zoology, Ornithology and the biology courses required for University’s Core.  I have also been responsible for producing the various weekly lab exercises for Biology 103, 104, and 105.

I am the academic advisor for Biology majors in the Medical Laboratory Science concentration. Students in this concentration spend a year in clinical studies at one of our affiliated hospitals, where they are trained to be a Medical Laboratory Scientist.  Medical Laboratory Scientists usually work in hospital laboratories and perform many of the laboratory tests used to evaluate medical conditions of patients.
