On-campus student Meal Plan Options

All students living on campus may select from any one of three meal plans. If a meal plan is not selected, the Flex Meal Plan will be assigned. The three meal plans are:

19 Meal Plan- ($2,178.00  per semester) - Access to every meal period in the all-you-care-to-eat dining hall (& New River Grille House lunch), plus $150 non-discounted dollars for use in the retail locations and vending.

15 Meal Plan- ($2,118.50 per semester) - Access to any meal period, up to 15 meals per week, in the all-you-care-to-eat dining hall (& New River Grille House lunch), plus $150 non-discounted dollars for use in the retail locations and vending.

Flex Meal Plan-  ($2,112.50 per semester) - Flexible spending account includes $660 in flex dollars and $30 in flex vending.  Offers 50-70% savings on all dining purchases.  Best value when used in the all-you-care-to-eat dining hall.  Vending purchases are not discounted. This is the DEFAULT plan for all resident students.

*Please note:  Special rates apply for dinner at New River Grille House (Muse).

University Apartment Residents

Apartment Block- The University Apartment Block Plan is modeled after the 65 & 90 meal plans.  It comes with a "block" of 105 meals and $200 in Food Dollars.  The 105 meals have a "transfer credit" in the amount of $8.37 when used at retail locations such as Chick-fil-A, Wendys, Papa Johns, etc., but when used at the all-you-care-to-eat Dalton Dining Hall (or New River Grille House lunch), only one swipe/meal is taken.  The $200 in Food Dollars are dollar-for-dollar and may be used instead of a meal when eating at the retail locations and they may also be used in vending machines.

The University Apartment Block Plan costs $1,112.50 and is the minimum meal plan requirement for University Apartment Residents, though, they may choose to buy up to one of the on-campus meal plans (Flex, 15, or 19 meal plans).

Off-campus student Meal Plan Options
