Join us for a month-long celebration highlighting what we love most about our alma mater. Highlanders from across the globe are encouraged to participate through on-campus and virtual events! Highlights include:


VOLUNTEER SUMMIT | Saturday, February 4, 2023

9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Kyle Hall, Room 340

Learn how easy it is to be a volunteer! All alumni and friends are invited.

Why you should attend:

  • Get College highlights and noteworthy talking points, directly from University officials
  • Learn how alumni can assist with internships, career opportunities, and future student recruitment
  • Participate in a forum to develop an updated brand platform and creative campaign concept
  • Network with fellow alumni and friends


  • Check-in – 8:30 a.m.
  • Welcome/University updates – 9 a.m.
  • Breakout Session 1 – 9:30 a.m.
  • Breakout Session 2 – 10:30 a.m.
  • Lunch/Wrap-up – 11:30 a.m.

The summit is free and includes lunch. Alumni attendees will also receive two general admission tickets to the home men's basketball game that day. REGISTER FOR THE VOLUNTEER SUMMIT!

* The Volunteer Summit will be a collection point for the Career Closet. The Career Closet provides free professional business attire to Radford University students. You can make a difference to a student by donating clean, new or gently used professional apparel.

These casual, naturally flowing conversations between the listener and the speaker allow students the opportunity to participate in Q&A sessions, which create a closer connection between the speaker and the student.
