Visit Radford University

While we’ve done all we can to show you why Radford University is the right choice for you, seeing our campus in person is the best way for you to see what we have to offer.

Schedule a Tour

Join us for an information session and campus tour any day of the week!  

Check-in for your visit will occur in The Office of Admissions, located on the first floor of Martin Hall.  During the school year, we encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes early to find parking and check-in prior to the information session.  A campus map and parking information are provided below, as well as in your confirmation email. 

Information sessions begin at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (M-F)

Campus tours begin at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. (M-F)

Summer Visit Days

Each summer we host two major events for rising seniors to visit campus before school begins.  We invite you to join us for Summer Visit Days to spend the afternoon learning more about our campus, academics, research, and internship programs. You will hear more about our admissions and financial aid processes and most importantly you can ask questions!

Criminal Justice Open House

We invite you to investigate criminal justice at Radford University at our first annual Criminal Justice Day on Saturday, September 26, where you will have the opportunity to:

  • See presentations from department faculty, including a mock crime scene, a crime mapping demonstration, and a discussion of criminal justice ethics;
  • Hear from program alumni and current students;
  • Learn more about our program and about admission to Radford University;
  • Tour campus (optional) and learn more about the new, state-of-the-art facilities for the Criminal Justice Department that will open in fall 2016.

Junior Open House

Each spring we invite you to visit campus as you start your college search to spend the afternoon on campus for Junior Open House.  You will have an opportunity to hear from faculty, learn more about the admissions process, as well as tour the campus.  

Registration information will be available in February.

Highlander Days

Highlander Days are held in the spring.  Designed with our admitted students in mind as you are making your final college decision visit campus to speak with faculty, hear from students, eat on campus, and tour our residence halls.

Registration information will be sent to admitted students in March.
